Maheshwari Enterprise provides software development, AI integration, and IT consulting services. The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables of any project will be defined in a separate proposal or Master Services Agreement (MSA) signed by both parties.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless expressly stated otherwise in a client agreement, all code, designs, and intellectual property created by Maheshwari Enterprise remain our property until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership rights transfer to the client as specified in the specific project agreement.
4. Client Obligations
You agree to provide timely feedback, access to necessary systems, and accurate information required for us to perform our services. Delays caused by lack of improved materials may impact project timelines.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maheshwari Enterprise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
